On Monday 6th and Wednesday 8th November Fighting Fit are holding Basic Life Saving First Aid lessons for all of its classes. We invite all students, parents and friends to join us on these dates. It you train both night, the lessons will be repeated but this will only enforce the information. Although you can wear your normal suit, you will also be able to wear your normal clothes. You will receive a certificate of attendance. For members who already pay a monthly fee, this session is included but for additional people wanting to train we ask for a small fee of £5 for each child or adult.
