Can you see what I am excited about?
This was my first Lilac Chinchilla to Lilac Chinchilla litter. I suppose that
I now have my own Blood Line of Chinchilla Lilac, many more will come soon!

And yes, my Grandad was a mountain goat,
so what?
They were bred from Sable and REW. Look how small one of
the white one is! I fostered her out to a Nethie. From Sable Agouti to Seal Point ?
Strangely I have found some baby Conti's that are showing Chocolate. Up to now they have become Choc Steels with just a slight choc. They have appeared in different parented litters. I have some more in another litter that's Mum is one of what I am calling Choc Steels. These look not to be Steels. The common denominator i n their genetic pool is a Chinchilla Buck from Holland.
Your advice and comments would be appreciated.

you are the first.
Are they Chocolate or not ? That is the question.
Some seem to be solid colour and others seem to have flecking. They are 3 and 4 weeks old so colours may change, strengthen or weaken.
